Product Warranty - does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, theft, loss of the watch. Also excluded from the warranty are the strap or bracelet, the battery and the crystal.
Versace Palazzo Empire VCO030017 is a beautiful and interesting Ladies watch. Case material is PVD Gold plated and the Pink dial gives the watch that unique look. This model has got 50 metres water resistancy - it can be submerged in water for periods, so can be used for swimming and fishing. It is not reccomended for high impact water sports. The watch is shipped with an original box and a guarantee from the manufacturer.

Returns are accepted only for watches received damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Please report the issue within 48 hours and start the return within 7 days. Returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect strap sizing are not accepted.
Customers cover return shipping to our international warehouse. After inspection, an approved return will receive a replacement or refund within 2–4 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. All watches include a 2-year Watch Connection in-house warranty.
