1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for watches purchased from Watch Connection under the following conditions:

- Defective or Damaged Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage must be communicated prior via email. 

- If you receive a watch which is not what you ordered or different from the watch you ordered due to a warehouse processing error.

2. Exclusions from Returns

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

- Customer Dissatisfaction: Returns due to customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect sizing of straps will not be accepted.


- Manufacturer's Warranty: Please note that our watches do not come with manufacturer warranties; all products are covered by a 2-year in-house warranty provided by Watch Connection. In case the customer faces any issue with the functionality of the watch, the customer must return the watch back to us at their expense, to an international warehouse address that will be provided. 

3. Return Process

- Contact Us: If you believe you have received a defective or damaged watch, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at support@watch-connection.com or through social media channels.

- Return Authorization: Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our international warehouse. The return address will be provided upon request. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

- Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned watch, we will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If approved, you will be eligible for either a refund or a replacement shipment, depending on availability.

4. Timeframe

- Initiating Returns: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. International Orders

- Customs Duties and Taxes: Watch Connection handles customs clearance on behalf of customers for international orders, ensuring no additional duties or taxes are incurred by the customer.
- Delivery Timeframe: Due to international shipping and customs procedures, please allow 8-14 working days for delivery. Please allow for delays due to unforeseen circumstances which may arise during transit.
