We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we accept returns in the case of a product defect. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of it being received. We will provide instructions for returning the product to us.
If a product needs to be returned to us, the customer is liable for the return courier charges. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will either replace it or provide a full refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than a product defect. We do not accept returns due to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason.
