Welcome to our store, Watch Connection Global! These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from us. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. The company Watch Connection Global Corp. is governed by law of Ontario, Canada.

 1. Products and Orders

We sell watches through our website. All product descriptions and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders may be placed through our website. We accept payment by PayPal and customers can also checkout using Debit/Credit Card using PayPal Guest Checkout. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability, out of stock issues or watches found to be defective prior to processing. 

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products to customers worldwide. We offer customers complimentary worldwide delivery and use top tier courier partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Canada Post, PostNL depending on the destination country. We also take care of the customs clearance process on behalf of the customer in most of the cases. Some countries have exceptionally strict customs rules hence in such cases the customer is liable to have the process sorted on their own. 

We make every effort to ship products promptly after receipt of payment. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates or times and are not liable for any damages or losses arising from delayed delivery. Our standard processing times are between 3-5 working days and standard delivery timeframes are between 8-14 working days globally. 

3. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only in the case of a product defect. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the product to us.

If a product needs to be returned to us, the customer is liable for the return courier charges. Reimbursements in this case will be processed in 3-4 business days.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, website, or services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
