It is hard (non-bendable and non-crackable), color stable, antiallergic (does not react with body fluids and therefore no metal components are not released into the skin and flesh) and has anticorrosive surface (the surface is resistant to oxidation and corrosion. Returns are accepted only for watches received damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Please report the issue within 48 hours and start the return within 7 days. Returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect strap sizing are not accepted.
Customers cover return shipping to our international warehouse. After inspection, an approved return will receive a replacement or refund within 2–4 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. All watches include a 2-year Watch Connection in-house warranty.
