Straps and bracelets can be interchanged using Tissot’s easy-to-use quick strap change system, giving the owner the opportunity to choose from a wide range of compatible Tissot straps and personalize their watch to suit mood or occasion.

Returns are accepted only for watches received damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Please report the issue within 48 hours and start the return within 7 days. Returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect strap sizing are not accepted.
Customers cover return shipping to our international warehouse. After inspection, an approved return will receive a replacement or refund within 2–4 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. All watches include a 2-year Watch Connection in-house warranty.
