The Superocean defines the classic dive watch and was created by Breitling in 1957 for professional and military divers, but immediately developed a following among leisure divers and watch enthusiasts who wanted an everyday watch.
This version reference A23370 was first released in 2012 and was produced for 4 years until being discontinued in 2016. The watch features an easy to read black dial with applied baton hour markers, large luminous hands, two subdials, bright red chronograph hand and date window at 6 o'clock. The 44mm stainless steel case is fitted with a matching black uni-directional diving style bezel and is water resistant to 20atm (200m/660ft). Coming fitted on a stainless steel Milanese mesh bracelet with matching folding clasp.
Originally purchased in circa 2012 and in fine condition due to marks present on the bezel, coming supplied with the original inner and outer boxes, chronometer certificate and instruction manual. This watch is sold with a 12-month warranty and an authenticity card

Equipped with a sturdy 44 mm-diameter case in satin-brushed steel, the Superocean II 44 dive watch is renowned for its exceptional water resistance to depths of 1,000 m (3,300 ft), and its ultra-legible black or blue dial bearing oversized numerals and hands enhanced with a luminescent coating. A security valve serves to equalize the differences in pressure between the interior and exterior of the case.
